• Make sure you have the latest Windows updates
• Check your CD-ROM Settings
• Make sure you have the updated video & sound card drivers
• If you receive an Internal Error or Reconnection Error, click this link
• If you use Earthlink or Mindspring as your Internet provider, open the Task Manager (by pressing Ctrl-Alt-Del) from the desktop, and close the task "armon32"
